Information you provide to us

When you submit the "Request our help" form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email address, industry, location, who referred you (if anyone), and the details you share about your situation. We use this only to evaluate your inquiry and to respond to you — to get in touch, assess fit, and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent this information to anyone, and we do not share it outside the firm except as needed to serve you or as required by law.

Website traffic information

Separately from the form, we collect basic, aggregate traffic statistics for this website — for example, how many people visit, which pages they view, roughly what device or browser they use, and which site referred them here. This is standard analytics, similar to a visitor counter. We are not trying to identify who any individual visitor is, and we do not track visitors across other websites or build advertising profiles. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell any data collected through general site traffic.

Who sees it

Form submissions are received by Catan Strategy Group principals and stored in our internal systems (Supabase, our database provider, and Make.com, which routes submissions to us and stores them). These providers process the data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, by emailing info@catansg.com. We'll honor that request unless we're required to retain something by law or an active engagement.

If how we collect or use information changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and change the date above.
